Narcrissa Berry
CEO

Narcrissa Berry is the CEO of Loving Arms Home Care and the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of B Jays Transportation, Inc. (BJT), a MBE/WBE paratransit firm headquartered in Chicago, IL. As CEO of BJT, for over 10 years, under her leadership, her team delivers over 45,000 annual non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) trips to seniors, the disabled, and the physically challenged.

Since their humble beginnings in 2012, BJT has grown from 1 converted van to a multi-million dollar firm with a fleet of over 30 paratransit vans. Mrs. Berry was able to strategically expand suburban transportation options by employing sustainable planning to help more passengers get to medical appointments on-time and safely. Additionally, she founded BJT to fill transportation skills gaps and to provide more employment opportunities to underserved and underrepresented communities. She brings this same zeal and experience to the home health industry.

Mrs. Berry has a deep understanding of health care markets, products, and profitability structures. Her ability to lead makes her a thought leader in the home health sector. Furthermore, Mrs. Berry has been the recipient of a host of grant awards from the Minnesota Department of Human Services Round 2 Provider Capacity Grant to the Chicago Recovery Plan Community Development Grant (Round 1) to the Small Business Improvement Fund (SBIF) to the Allies for Community Business (A4CB) Back to Business (B2B) Grant and Business Interruption Grant (BIG) in Chicago.

“As CEO, I stand behind Loving Arms - our mission, our purpose, and our commitment to holistic and organic home health care. We minimize and eliminate barriers to maximize results. With Loving Arms, you are in good hands!”
